Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Titsatse website operated by Shatech Limited Company.

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

1. Our Role
  • Our Platform is an online venue that allows registered users (Sellers) to advertise properties (used cars, houses, plots, and farms) and Buyers to search for properties.
  • We are not a party to any transaction. We do not own, sell, buy, inspect, or provide any of the properties or vehicles listed on our Platform. We are not a real estate broker, car dealer, or insurer.
  • We do not verify the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any Properties. The responsibility for the content of Property and for completing any transaction rests solely with the Users.
2. User Accounts
  • To access certain features, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Conduct and Content
  • You are solely responsible for all information, text, and images (Content) that you upload, post, or otherwise provide on our Platform.
  • You agree not to post Content that is:
    • False, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
    • Infringing on any third party's patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
    • Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening.
    • Related to stolen goods or properties with unresolved legal disputes.
  • By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content in connection with the Platform.
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any Content that we find to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Properties and Transactions
  • Sellers must be the legal owners of the property or vehicle they are listing or be duly authorized to act on behalf of the legal owner.
  • All information provided in a Listing, including price, condition, and location, must be accurate and current.
  • Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. This includes, but is not limited to, physical inspection of the property or vehicle, verification of ownership documents, and consultation with legal or technical experts.
5. Fees and Payment
  • We may charge fees for certain services, such as posting a Property. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to you incurring the charge.
  • All fees are non-refundable, even if you remove your Listing or your account is terminated.
6. Disclaimers
  • The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty and disclaim all liability for the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any Properties or User Content
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of any User, online or offline. We are not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of Users or transactions between them.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shatech Limited Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (iii) any transaction initiated through the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shatech Limited Company and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
